Occupational Therapy; A child’s occupations are centered on play and learning. Occupational therapists (O.T.) work with children with various conditions or impairment that affects their ability to perform the everyday activities of life such as writing, eating, participating in clubs, grip training among others. The O.T. work in partnership with the child, parents, care givers, teachers and health professionals. Holmeside School has a resident occupational therapist who works with the child on 1:1 basis.
